Azure Reflections Free Download Repacklab
Azure Reflections Free Download When you think of bullet hell shooters, usually some sort of air or spacecraft blasting it out come to mind, not anime chicks taking down small, cherubic characters and other characters more their size as bosses. Nonetheless that’s the name of the game in Azure Reflections, an off-the-beaten path take on the genre that also happens to shift from the traditional vertical orientation to the horizontal. While it may not be a long-lasting experience, it is certainly an intense one and to be successful you’ll need to come to terms with its unique systems. Repacklab.com sexy games

The first thing you should absolutely do if you pick this game up is check out the Tutorial, as the bullet absorption and break system are critical to your success against bosses and they take some getting used to. While for the majority of the stages you’ll be shooting at enemies coming from either side, there’ll be tougher enemies and the bosses who you can weaken with your normal bullets but not take down entirely. That’s where the break system comes in, requiring that you take down their shields to a low level, try to get within striking distance, turn on your absorbing shield, and rack up the hits to add to your counter-attack power.
One part anime, one part bullet hell, a dash of weirdness… and mix for a truly unusual concoction.
It may take a few attempts to really get the hang of how best to use this tactic, along with carefully conserved cards that clear the screen and smaller bursts you can use to knock out bullets immediately around you. It’s something quite different, it’s challenging, and it’s all a bit bonkers. If you’re successful, you’ll be able to unlock two additional characters past the one you start with, and playing through with each changes up the gameplay quite a bit. You can purchase additional accessories that enhance specific powers as well, which encourages repeat play. RAGE 2
In terms of issues, probably the biggest one I have is that since the game is so colorful it can get very difficult to make out what’s shooting you, their fire, rewards from fallen enemies you want to grab, and the often dynamic backgrounds behind the action itself. It can be very easy to miss incoming fire with this visual cacophony in front of you and that can lead to frustration. Compounding that is the fact that at times when you recover from being hit and stunned you’re still stuck in a mass of bullets, ensuring you’ll just take multiple hits in the same sequence and get knocked out entirely. While these issues don’t necessarily cripple the experience they do make it hard in places for the wrong reasons.
Azure Reflections is a vibrant, side-scrolling, bullet hell shooter where you dominate levels and relentlessly attack enemies with a variety of skills and upgrades.
The Nintendo Switch is no stranger to the Touhou series of games. Touhou Kobuto V: Burst Battle came out for the system last year, and this summer saw the release of Touhou Genso Wanderer Reloaded. However, none of these games truly represents what Touhou is about, with the former being a fighting game and the latter being an RPG. For longtime fans, Touhou is all about bullet-hell shooters, and as games like Shikhondo: Soul Eater and Danmaku Unlimited 3 have demonstrated, the Switch is a good home for the genre. Azure Reflections is the first Touhou bullet-hell shooter for the Switch, and it’s also a good example of why the fan base for the series is so rabid. Blade and Sorcery
As expected from the series, the story is merely there to give the game some structure. During one fateful summer, a dark red mist covered the land of Gensokyo. The local shrine maiden Reimu went on a journey to the Scarlet Devil Manor to defeat the vampire Remilia, and in doing so, the mist was removed and Gensokyo was free from the curse. However, the following spring, the mist has returned, and Reimu must find out why history has started to repeat itself.
There’s nothing quite like a good bullet hell game. Done right, it can be the perfect marriage of chaos and order, where lightning-quick reflexes, a constant sense of spacing and a bucketful of luck can be all that stands between you and a hell of bullets. Switch already has a handful of great examples to its name – including Danmaku Unlimited 3 and Sine Mora EX – but it now has another (and far more unusual) example in the tongue-in-cheek ‘curtain fire’ action of Azure Reflections. Dead Space 2
A product of the two-decade-plus-old fan-made Touhou Project (which spans multiple mediums and genres and includes Touhou Genso Wanderer Reloaded and Touhou Kobuto V: Burst Battle among its number), Azure Reflections takes the basic principles of these super-niche Japanese bullet hell shooters and adds in a few extra touches to give you a little more options in the heat of battle.
As a horizontally-scrolling shooter, you can move around the screen with the left analog stick or the D-pad. Your basic movement speed is empoweringly fast, but it can also be a little unwieldy when the screen gets busy with fire. You can also hold ‘L’ or ‘-’ to focus and slow down your movement, perfect for slipping through a tiny gap of projectiles. Since you’re controlling a series of witch-like heroines who can float, you make for a much larger target on-screen. Thankfully, main character Reimu and co have a relatively small hitbox (represented by a series of chords hanging from their respective waists), but you’ll still need to watch where that vulnerable marker is because if you get hit you’ll get stunned. Get hit too many times and you’ll soon be down for the count. Portal
